I know next to nothing about this band. What I do know is that the lead singer, Trey, may indeed be as young as he looks and that I discovered them them on the ATL Yeah! sampler that Favorite Gentlemen set up for SXSW. That’s about it.
I loved this track – “Cowboy Movies” – on that sampler and it seems to me they would be a nice fit on the Fav Gents label. I don’t know if the mix in this video does the song justice, but I’m gonna put it out there anyway. Check out their free EP, It Won’t Be Quiet Anymore. It’s in heavy rotation around here.
