Author Appearance: Ronald C. White, May 12th at Jimmy Carter Presidential Library



Noted Lincoln scholar, Ronald C. White, Jr., will be discussing his latest biography of our 16th president, A. Lincoln, Wednesday evening at the Carter Presidential Library. According to the Wall Street Journal, White’s account “is the first comprehensive, single-volume biography of Lincoln since David Herbert Donald’s”. White has taken advantage of newly available resources such as the recently completed Lincoln Legal Papers and recently discovered letters and photographs to provide a complete portrait of this great president.

Mr. White will deliver his comments at 7pm.
