It has been too long since we featured Little Tybee in this space. Sure we mentioned them as part of the impressive Atlanta contingent at SXSW, but Brock Scott and his confederates deserve more then a mention.
Little Tybee is not only among the most talented bands to grace the streets of Atlanta, but Mr. Scott’s careful orchestrations direct that talent to a beautiful and mesmerizing effect. Saturday will be the local release of their second full length, and first with Brooklyn-based Paper Garden Records, Humorous to Bees. (The official release is April 5th)
This band will soon be in demand far beyond the Dogwood City. If you haven’t yet, you need to take the time to check them out.
