In another example of what’s in a name, this Sunday’s Brooken Fingers show approaches with little fanfare. Yet this trio is lead by Eric Bachmann who packed the EARL for three nights this summer when he rejoined his old band – Archers Of Loaf. Sure ten years of Crooked Fingers has resulted in some erratic output – some of which bears little resemblance to that old indie band – but the band’s latest, Breaks In The Armor, may be its best. Take another bite at the loaf this Sunday.
