Our favorite and original A-Lister, Bernadette Seacrest will be back at Daddy D’z this Tuesday night at 7:30 for a free show. Of course, she will have her Provocateurs in tow and they will be playing from her brand new release, The Filthy South Sessions
, copies of which will be available at the show.
We spent several Wednesday nights in the summer of 2007 listening to Bernadette and the boys play at our favorite rib shack. In fact, if we remember properly, we may have been there the night she premiered the tune you can hear below – “Cabbagetown Girl.” Looks like it’s pulled pork for us Tuesday night (yah!).
Oh yeah, since there is a classic Bernadette intro to this live track, we suppose it’s NSFW…but that is part of why we love her so much.
