Yep. Changed the name again. Maybe we’ll just change the name each time around. For now, it’s Listen Up. So do that.
Here’s some new stuff we’re moving from the inbox to the outbox.
“Cool” by Open Hand is from the forthcoming release Honey on Anodyne Records.
“Rat Trap” by One Hundred Flowers from the forthcoming release Mechanical Bride in partnership with Stem and Leaf Records.
Listen: One Hundred Flowers – Rat Trap
“Crocus (Soft Mountain Version)” by Br’er will be part of the very unique Edible Onion compilation A Cure for the Broken Hearted to be released this May. Why unique? Because Edible Onion is a collective that produces small-run hand crafted records. Each compilation will be accompanied by an accordion-style book with watercolor illustrations and info about each song. Sort of reminds us of the great packaging our own Little Tybee did for the CD versions of Building A Bomb.
Did you notice the state bird of Tennessee above? That’s an example. Okay, now you can listen.

That Br’er tune is incredible! Must….hear….more….
